The Educators Regional Level Speech Contest 2009-2010 was held in April at the Islamabad Club. Secretary Planning Division Mr. Kazi Afaq Hossain was the chief guest at the occasion.

In order to compete in the Nationals, students had to first clear the Inter-cluster round, then the Cluster-level round before making it to the Regionals. Winners at the Regional level then battled it out at the Nationals.

The Regional Speech Contest was divided in to primary and secondary levels and the students competed in English and in Urdu. Member Youth Delegation to Bangladesh and China Mr. Shazad Shaid and Deputy Director ARY News Mr. Mazhar Abbas, principal BSS (BEC Campus) Miss Sher Sultana judged the primary level contest.

The secondary level round was judged by Manager Academics BSS North Mrs. Farzana Anwer, Training Consultant at BSS Mrs. Lubna Kadvi and Executive Director Paiman Alumni Trust Mr.s Mussrat Kadim.

Pir Sabir Shah presented the judges with mementos and Kazi Afaq Hassain distributed the certificates and shields to the winners.
