Job Description

This role is entrusted with the responsibility of;

  • Ensure that school curriculum including lesson plans is optimally implemented.
  • Provide professional, democratic, dynamic and firm leadership to the school community.
  • Ensure that assessment and evaluation procedures are followed fairly and consistently.
  • Monitor record keeping procedures in compliance with THE EDUCATOR'S policy and establish procedures for confidentiality and safe custody of school records.
  • To provide strong academic leadership and follow an ongoing staff development program under the policy and guidance of the Regional Office
